Darren Crowell is the President and founder of DKI Consulting. He founded the company with a basic principle of providing experienced consulting while conducting business in an ethical manner. Since its inception, Darren has been successful in growing and navigating the company into a premier enterprise consulting organization. Prior to DKI Consulting, Darren spent years managing and supporting engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management groups for multiple International Energy Companies. During this time Darren held positions primarily focused on innovation through emerging technologies. Many of those years were spent restructuring existing environments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization through the optimization of existing capabilities with innovative solutions. This background is what led Darren to start DKI Consulting and consequently to the strategic partnerships and staffing of multiple highly skilled personnel. |

Todd Floyd is the Vice President of DKI Consulting's Government Services Division. He has been a member of the DKI Team for the past two years. In his role, Todd oversees DKI’s operations for the Government Services division, working closely with the management in each area to provide appropriate support for their teams. Additionally, in this roll Todd works with DKI’s back office to maintain seamless integration for the team. Prior to DKI Consulting, Todd spent over 12 years in IT professional services in various industries that include financial, energy / oil and gas, and small business. During this time Todd’s work consisted of project management, product development, ERP implementations, web development, client server and database administration. Todd has a Bachelors degree with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Business Management. |

Steven Nuernberg is the Vice President of DKI Consulting's Professional Services Division. He has been instrumental in helping DKI Consulting grow since its inception, and is currently responsible for the overall commercial consulting practice including sales, marketing, staffing, consulting, partner management, and organizational development. Prior to joining DKI Consulting, Steve was an SAIC Principal Consultant, and prior to that a Deputy Program Manager for the NASA-JSC Applications Development Support Contract. Steve's experience includes over 15 years supporting custom and commercial-off-the-shelf data, content and document management solutions for various industries and government/non-profit organizations. He has experience with such technologies as Documentum, Windchill, SharePoint, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Adobe LiveCycle. Steve earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. |

Michael Holifield is the Technical Director of DKI Consulting. In this position, he is responsible for providing technical direction for DKI's Professional and Government Services divisions. This includes mentoring of DKI's resources as well as providing support for business development efforts. He is also involved with strategic engagements providing consulting services to a wide range of customers with complex software needs. These have included both creation of new systems and upgrading existing systems to the latest release. Prior to joining DKI, Michael was lead of several major implementations at NASA's Johnson Space Center. Prior to that, he was lead of the Integrated Data Environment (IDE) team at Ingalls Shipbuilding (now Northrop Grumman's Ship Systems). |
